I think that lemon browns treasure was his kind of treasure, not gold coins, His wife and son died, and thats what he has left of them. I thought his treasure was money or goldcoins!
I think lemon brown's treasure is worth saving, because it is his memories of his past of singing blues during the harlem renaissance and his son who died in the war. His treasure was mostly made mostly of his harmonica that he played and newspaper clippings that his son kept with him during his time in the war.
I think Lemon Brown's treasure is worth saving, because it's more of a memory. Lemon Brown's treasure is not an ordinary gold and jewels pirate treasure, it his harmonica he use when he was a blue's musician and some newspaper clippings of his shows, that he gave to his son. His son kept these when he was in the war as a remembrance of his father. So to Lemon Brown (and me), it is a treasure worth saving :)
I think Lemon Brown's treasure is worth keeping because even though it's a harmonica that has no monetary value, it has sentimental value to him. It is his last memory of his son too which i can relate too. My grandpa's old watch is the last memory of him for me. Plain and simple, the answer is yes. He should keep it.
Yes, i think Lemon Brown's treasure is worth saving because it represents something that was extreamly important to him like his family and a once in a lifetime career. To us, a treasure might be gold, or money. But there can be other types of treasures that dont appear as a treasure to other people, but only to you. When the thugs overheard him talking about a treasure, they automatically assumed its something that was made of gold or something expensive. But it was just an old harmonica that meant nothing to them, but everything to Lemon Brown. :)
Yes I think that Lemon Brown should keep the treasure because in the treasure he has a harmonica and I think that a harmonica is useful or something special to him because he doesn't have a family his family has past away his wife has died and his son has passed away also so I think the harmonica has a big and sentimental value to him to keep and use also play songs with it because it is a music instrument that people use. Also it is worth saving because it is the memories that he had. If I had a treasure and in it if I had a watch I would keep it because that's the memory that I had in my treasure. The answer is yes.
Slight correction on who joined first, it was actually Vicken, so congrats Vicken, you get the points!
Very interesting thoughts everyone. I especially like how Ariana said "But it was just an old harmonica that meant nothing to them, but everything to Lemon Brown." Very nicely put, and Vago, I can see that you really related to the story through sharing the memory of your Grandfather.
Yes, I believe that Lemon Brown should keep the treasure because as you can tell, those couple of items mean everything or his whole life to him while they can be seen unworthy, useless, and unmemorable. He should keep it especially because those are the only memory he has of his career as a blues singer and his reputation as a father. I understand how its unfortunate for him since he sent those to his son to show how if he did something his son could succeed too. Jesse did just what his father said by joining the army and serving his country. Lemon Brown did the correct thing.
I think Lemon Brown's treasure was important enough to save because it was the only thing that really mattered to him now that he didn't have a family, and his treasure was a sort of memory of his son. What made it a treasure was that his son kept it with him while he was away at war, making it even more special to lemon Brown
I believe that Lemon Brown's treasure was worth saving since it was in memory of his son. The harmonica and newpaper clippings were important to Lemon Brown because, his son had kept it with him at war. But since his son passed away, it was special for Lemon Brown to keep this unforgettable "treasure" forever.
I think lemon browns treasure is worth saving because it is the only things that he has that will remind him of his son who he had lost. I know the harmonic and the pins aren't worth anything to others but it means a lot to Iemon brown. if i was Lemon Brown i certainly would call it a treasure and keep it with all my will and heart.
I don't think that the harmonica is important because its old and it has a dent so its not worth anything. Also it might worth a lot to Lemon Brown because it has memories of his family but in my opinion I wouldn't keep a harmonica for a memory of someone that past away.
I think that the treasure was worth saving from the thugs, but since he was attacked by thugs i think the best way to protect himself and Greg, would be to show them that it has no value to them. I understand though that this harmonica and the clippings had sentimental value to him because it reminds him of the blues, the good old days, and his son.
I think the treasure Lemon Brown was talking about was going to be something that was very valuable but it was something only valuable to Lemon Brown. If the thugs would have stolen Lemon Browns treasure they would most likely not keep his treasure because it was just a harmonica and newspaper clippings. To Lemon Brown it would be worth saving
I think that Lemon Brown's treasure was worth saving from those random street gang guys (or whatever they're called)because it would remind him of his former life of being a parent and a blues musician. Another reason why the treasure is worth saving is because, he would take a look at his treasure and he would feel happy that he had a family and he was a very popular blues musician.
yes,I think that the treasure is important, because since his son went off to the army and died the harmonica is the closet thing he has. By Lilia Tokadzhyan

I think Lemon Brown's treasure is worth saving because it really means alot to him, since his family is gone. It is just a battered hermonica and doesn't really cost anything, but he gave the treasure to his son and when he went to war, he died with the treasure. It is Lemon Brown's most memorable item from his son.
Yes, i think that Lemon Brown should save the harmonica, because it shows how much his son cared for him. He kept it with him all this time. He should also keep it, because it is the last reminder he has of his son.
Yes, i think Lemon Brown's treasure was worth saving because this treasure represents how his son looked up to his father by keeping it with him all those years. It also reminded him of his years of playing the blues. The most interesting fact about this treasure is that it was given to Lemon Brown's son by Lemon Brown himself.
Lemon Brown's treasure was just a few old newspaper articles and a battered harmonica. But to him, it has a lot of meaning. His son kept it with him as a memory of his father during his time in the army. Now the treasure is a memory of Lemon's son. It was worth saving to him, because everyone has a treasure that may not mean the same thing to another person.
